Green pavers for Lillies Lane Parking pad (est. $10,000; exploring grants)
Simplify high-maintenance garden across from Lillies Lane (new path, better plants, less weeding).
Make tot lot
into usable space for residents (garden/rec area; no equipment or lawn furniture). Currently just a place to mow.
Plant daffodils, non-invasive groundcovers on common area slopes such as at Timber Point, Short Brick Row, Long Brick Row, Stone Row (applications for grants submitted). Volunteer op: help plant; donate bulbs.
Update blue book
into a more usable, current format.
Replace or remove Historic Oella sign at Race Rd./Pleasant Hill.
