The HOA has contracted with a management company to assist in running its affairs. All inquiries, comments, issues, or complaints should first be directed to the ACM community manager, unless otherwise noted in the OHOA News and Announcements. The community manager will in turn contact the board as needed. E-mail is preferred, but a phone call in an emergency is fine. Please follow up with an e-mail to provide documentation.
