Thank you for visiting the official website of the Oella Homeowners Association! This site is designed for the HOA by the HOA to keep its members informed and empowered while helping to foster a true community atmosphere and spirit.
Site Layout
This site was designed to make it easy to quickly find different types of information which are grouped by category listed in the navigation menu across the top of every page directly underneath the site banner. Info/Links, OHOA News And Events, Documents and Photos menu items also contain sub-menus which appear when your mouse pointer hovers over the navigation menu. Simply click on an item in either of these sub-menus to access its content.

Board Meetings
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the third Monday of every month, at 7:00 PM in the Westchester Center board room unless otherwise noted on the OHOA News and Events page. All HOA members may attend.
